1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase of and access to any digital products and training sessions offered through valentumlabs.com by Valentum Innovations LTD ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or accessing any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not purchase or access our products.
2. Our Products
Valentum Innovations LTD offers two types of products:
Self-paced Masterclasses are pre-recorded online courses delivered through valentumlabs.com. Upon purchase you receive access to video modules, downloadable templates, module quizzes, and a certificate of completion issued upon finishing all modules. Access is granted to the individual purchaser only and is non-transferable.
Live Masterclasses are instructor-led online training sessions delivered via Google Meet or Google Workspace tools on a specific date and time. The format, duration, and structure of each Live Masterclass is specified on the individual product page at the time of purchase. Live sessions are subject to a minimum of 4 confirmed participants to proceed.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase any product. By completing a purchase you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. All Mastercourses are available in English only, so a fluent knowledge of the English language is required.
4. Payment
All prices are displayed in Euro (€). Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Valentum Innovations LTD does not store your payment card details at any point. Your purchase is confirmed upon successful payment processing and you will receive a confirmation email to the address provided at checkout.
If your payment fails, access or registration will not be confirmed until payment is successfully completed.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Self-Paced Masterclasses
Under European Union consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers based in the EU have the right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. However, by completing your purchase and requesting immediate access to the course content, you explicitly consent to waiving your right of withdrawal once access to the digital content has been provided, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
Self-paced Masterclasses are therefore non-refundable once access has been granted. In the event of a verified technical fault on our side that prevents access to purchased content, we will resolve the issue or issue a full refund at our discretion.
5.2 Live Masterclasses
Live Masterclasses are non-refundable as a general rule. If you are unable to attend your registered session, you may contact us at info@valentumlabs.com with your name, order details, and the reason for your cancellation request. We will review each request individually and, at our sole discretion, may offer you a transfer to an alternative available date. Refunds for Live Masterclasses are granted solely at the discretion of Valentum Innovations LTD and are not guaranteed.
5.3 Cancellation or Rescheduling by Valentum Innovations LTD
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any Live Masterclass in the following circumstances:
- The minimum number of 4 confirmed participants is not reached prior to the session date
- Unforeseen circumstances prevent delivery on the scheduled date
In such cases, registered participants will be offered either a transfer to an alternative date or a full refund. We will communicate any cancellation or rescheduling as early as possible via the email address provided at registration.
6. Minimum Participants for Live Masterclasses
Each Live Masterclass requires a minimum of 4 confirmed and paid participants to proceed. If this minimum is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel the session and will offer all registered participants either a place on an alternative date or a full refund.
7. Recording Policy
No recording is permitted during Live Masterclasses by any party, including Valentum Innovations LTD and participants. Participants must not record, screenshot, or otherwise capture any part of the live session in any format. Violation of this policy will result in immediate removal from the session without refund and may result in further action.
Valentum Innovations LTD does not produce or distribute recordings of Live Masterclasses.
8. Intellectual Property
All course content — including but not limited to videos, scripts, slides, templates, frameworks, written materials, live session content, and certificate designs — is the exclusive intellectual property of Valentum Innovations LTD and is protected under Romanian and international copyright law.
Upon purchase you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own professional development only.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any course content in any form
- Share your login credentials or grant access to any third party
- Use any content for commercial purposes, including training or teaching others, without our prior written consent
- Record, screenshot, or extract any course or live session content for any purpose
Any breach of these terms will result in immediate termination of access without refund and may result in legal action.
9. Certificate of Completion
A certificate of completion will be issued to the email address provided at purchase upon completing all modules of a self-paced Masterclass. For Live Masterclasses, a certificate will be issued upon full attendance of the session. The certificate confirms completion and the knowledge areas covered. It does not constitute a professional qualification or accreditation recognised by any regulatory or professional body.
10. Disclaimer
All course content and live training is provided for educational and informational purposes only. While our content is based on extensive professional experience, Valentum Innovations LTD makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, business results, or performance improvements arising from applying the content. Your results will depend on your individual circumstances, effort, and implementation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Valentum Innovations LTD shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of or reliance on our content or services.
11. Technical Requirements
For self-paced Masterclasses, you are responsible for ensuring you have a suitable device, internet connection, and compatible browser to access the course content.
For Live Masterclasses, you are responsible for ensuring you have a working device, stable internet connection, microphone, and access to Google Meet prior to the session. We are not liable for your inability to participate due to technical issues on your side. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any technical issues on our side during a live session but cannot guarantee uninterrupted delivery in the event of third-party service outages.
12. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to terminate your access to any product without refund if you breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions, in particular the intellectual property and recording restrictions in Sections 7 and 8. We also reserve the right to remove a participant from a Live Masterclass session without refund for disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Romania, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.

14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active users via email. Continued use of our products or website following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
